First Floor Studio Space

Our amazing first floor studio, which is 1200 square ft, is a great space for fitness classes such as pilates, zumba, yoga, barre, martial arts, and so much more. It is also great for smaller events for up to 48 guests, such as family gatherings, birthday parties, meetings, and seminars. This space features gorgeous, historic brick walls and mirrors to open up the space.

PRICING:

  • Fridays and Saturdays: $100/hour with a 2-hour minimum

  • Sundays: $75/hour with a 2-hour minimum

  • Weekdays: $50/hour with a 1-hour minimum

  • Holidays: Events on major holidays will be charged an extra $100 holiday fee

  • All rentals include a mandatory cleaning fee of $75

Our first-floor space can fit up to 6 round tables and up to 2 rectangular tables, with a maximum capacity of 48 guests. Kitchen is NOT available for use for first-floor rentals.

Second Floor Event Space

The second-floor event space at Small Things is perfect for any event you could imagine from graduation parties to baby showers, family reunions to fitness classes. Our space can hold up to 130 guests. We feature amenities such as an elevator, a catering kitchen, tables (up to 16 round tables) and chairs (up to 130), a convenient, downtown location, and so much more.

PRICING:

  • Fridays and Saturdays: $150/hour with a 2-hour minimum

  • Sundays: $125/hour with a 2-hour minimum

  • Weekdays: $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum

  • Holidays: Events on major holidays will be charged an extra $100 holiday fee

  • All rentals include a mandatory cleaning fee of $100

Our second-floor space can fit any combination of 16 rounds and 8 rectangular tables, with a maximum capacity of 130 guests. Kitchen IS available for use for second-floor rentals.
